Carbon-core filament grid dissipates static charge safely. Certified for electronics assembly, cleanrooms, petrochemical plants, and explosive atmospheres where a spark could be catastrophic.
Our anti-static work shirts use conductive carbon-filament fibers woven directly into the fabric structure — not a surface coating that washes away. The grid pattern creates a Faraday-cage effect that channels static electricity safely to ground. Available in polyester, cotton-rich blends, and inherently anti-static aramid for FR + ESD protection in a single garment.
Six quality gates from raw fiber to carton. All SOPs are documented, all batches fully traceable — from lot number to PO.
✓ Materials are pre-qualified before billing. No charge for yardage that fails spec.
✓ Approve the finished garment after handling it — no cutting begins without your written confirmation.
✓ Better yield drives lower unit price. Sharper cut precision means dependable fit throughout the size grade.
✓ Station-level inspection stops defect chains. A missed stitch caught mid-line costs half a minute — the same issue found at packing costs the garment.
All inspection results documented, filed by PO number, available for your compliance records. No exceptions.
✓ Your compliance folder is ready before the shipment leaves — no scrambling during audit season.
✓ Product arrives shelf-ready — no re-bagging, no re-labeling, no customs delays at the port.
All stages run to documented SOPs. All batches carry full traceability. Ready to see your workwear on our production line?
Start Your Production RunEach certification we hold is backed by third-party audit reports. Here's what each one actually protects.
Required for ATEX environments in EU. Garment prevents static build-up that could ignite explosive atmospheres.
Your shirts meet the personnel grounding requirements of an EPA per international electronics manufacturing standards.
Zero skin irritants — critical for cleanroom environments where contamination control is paramount.
Entire production system is third-party audited — not just the final product.
If your question isn't here, our RFQ desk responds within 24 hours — no sales pitch, just specs.
Conductive carbon fibers are woven into the fabric in a grid pattern, typically 5–10mm spacing. Unlike topical anti-static sprays that wash off, the carbon grid is structural — it creates a conductive pathway that channels static charge from the wearer to a grounding point. The grid remains effective for 100+ industrial wash cycles because the carbon filaments are part of the yarn, not a coating.
Any environment where static discharge could ignite flammable gases, vapors, or dust — including petrochemical refineries, paint booths, solvent-handling facilities, grain processing, and munitions manufacturing. Electronics assembly and semiconductor cleanrooms also require ESD-protective clothing under IEC 61340-5-1, though the hazard is product damage rather than explosion.
Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per SKU. Lead time is 15–20 days from sample approval. We offer single-unit pre-production samples so your safety team can verify the ESD performance before committing to bulk.
Yes. We offer inherently anti-static aramid fabrics that provide ESD protection + flame resistance in a single shirt. Hi-vis reflective tape can also be added — we use flame-resistant 3M Scotchlite™ tape that doesn't interfere with the static-dissipative grid. Multi-hazard garments are one of our core specialties.
Our dedicated team will assist you in selecting the right fabrics, designs, and features to suit your company's needs.
