Why Programs Break

Five failure modes sink a multi-site rollout. We design them out.

Every program that goes wrong does so for one of these five reasons. Each has a line in a facilities budget — and a fix built into how we run an account.

01

Color drifts batch to batch

Site #12 shows up a shade off site #1. Staff notice, morale dips, and the group stops looking like one company.

02

Sizes run inconsistent

A "Large" fits on the sample and not on reorder. Grading slips, and you are fielding fit complaints across every location.

03

Compliance is a scramble

An audit lands unannounced and the certificates trace to nothing. You are chasing paperwork instead of passing the review.

04

Lead times stretch

Quotes take a week, sampling drags, production slips — and your new sites open before the uniforms land.

05

Sample never matches bulk

The pre-production piece is perfect; the shipment is not. Nobody on the supplier side owns the gap between the two.

Three things that hold a program together

One factory, end to end

Cutting, sewing, sublimation, embroidery, and packaging all run under our own roof — no subcontracting between sites, so the spec cannot drift down a supply chain.

Batch-level compliance files

Mill certs, per-batch lab reports, and AQL 2.5 inspection records filed by PO. Every certificate ties to the exact cartons it covers — audit-ready before the boxes arrive.

A sealed pre-production sample

Your approved sample is sealed as the golden standard, and every bulk lot is measured against it. What you sign off is what a reorder reproduces a year later.

Five Programs

Pick the program that reads like your operation.

Each one is a proven account pattern — the same factory, the same compliance discipline, tuned to the way your sites actually wear the uniform.

Construction & Oil & Gas Safety Workwear

Crews in non-compliant hi-vis and FR gear, and a certificate nobody can trace when an inspector arrives.

Private Label & DTC Custom Workwear

A brand built on a factory that sends thin samples, misses MOQs, and reuses your designs elsewhere.

What we deliver
  • Your labels, hangtags, and packaging — cut & sew under your brand
  • NNN agreement and access-logged spec library signed before the first file
  • Heavyweight construction matched to your tech pack, not a stock template
  • MOQ 50 per style, with sampling credited against your first production order
Scope a private-label run
How a Program Runs

Four stages. One accountable partner.

No hand-offs between agents, no re-explaining your spec at each stage. The same factory that quotes runs the line and files the paperwork.

FAQ

The questions that decide a program,
answered straight.

If your question isn't here, our RFQ desk responds within 24 hours — no sales pitch, just specs.

Production MOQ is 50 units per SKU. Pre-production samples are available from a single unit, and your sampling fee is credited against your first production order above the MOQ. Reorders carry no minimum once your spec is on file.

No — they are three separate windows, and we quote them separately. Sampling is 5 business days with up to 3 revision rounds. Bulk production runs 15–20 days from final sample approval. Enquiry to delivery is 14–21 days end to end, plus 18–30 days in freight once the factory ships. Reorders ship in 10–14 days because the spec is already locked.

We agree the criteria before cutting. Dimensions must sit inside your tech-pack tolerance (±0.5" / 1.3 cm unless you specify tighter). Colour is spectrophotometer-checked to ΔE ≤ 1.5 against your approved Pantone, on the finished garment. Construction and reflectivity are re-checked after the wash cycle your program requires. The sample ships with the fabric mill cert, per-batch lab report, and 4-point inspection record.

That is the core of what we do. Your spec — fabric, colour formula, sizing chart, logo placement — is archived per program, and every site order draws from that same record. A site added eighteen months later is produced against the sealed sample and the stored Pantone reading, so it lands matching the first rollout. Each location is labeled and packed per property so distribution unloads straight to the floor.

Send a reference garment or swatch. Our pattern room reverse-engineers construction, fabric weight, fit, and hardware, and the dye house matches your colour by spectrophotometer. Logo placement, embroidery, or print is locked to your brand guide. Most first programs are a match-or-improve on something a buyer already runs.
