Case Studies · Verified Programs

Six programs. One factory floor.

Real orders followed from the brief to the packed carton — hospitality, flame-resistant industrial, construction, education, security, and private label. Same spec discipline every time: colour locked by spectrophotometer, sizes graded to your chart, and a compliance file filed by PO.

The Programs

Every program, the same discipline.

Different industries, one factory floor — six programs we run on the same spec discipline: colour locked by spectrophotometer, sizes graded to your chart, and a compliance file filed by PO.

Method

Every number here, and where it came from.

We do not publish a metric we cannot point to. Each case draws on the same four sources — and each one is available to a buyer who asks.

01

Real orders, not illustrations

Each case starts from a program we actually ran — a brief, a sealed sample, a PO, and shipped cartons. None of it is a hypothetical we dressed up as a result.

02

Factory-floor data

The spec figures — colour tolerance, size grading, wash standard — come off the production line and the QC bench, measured against your approved standard, not written by marketing.

03

Third-party lab reports

Textile and garment performance is verified by external labs and filed by PO with the shipment — the same report your compliance officer receives with the goods.

04

Client-signed samples

The pre-production sample you approve is sealed as the golden standard. Every reorder is measured back to it, which is what keeps site #12 matching site #1.

Factory and office, one site

Our factory and office share one address and the floor is open to client audits — so when a case cites a number, a buyer can come and watch the run behind it.

What Repeats

Different sectors, the same four fixes.

Read the six cases side by side and the same levers show up again and again — whichever industry the program sits in.

Colour

One colour, every site

Colour is matched at the dye house and locked to a Pantone, so a garment reordered a year later reads the same as the first rollout.

Durability

Judged after the wash, not on the swatch

Garments are tested through the wash cycle your program actually runs — the fade and the seam failure only show up there.

Documentation

A file that closes the audit

Mill certs, per-batch lab reports, and inspection records ship filed by PO — an audit-ready file, not a photocopied claim.

Cost

Factory-direct, on the same spec

40–60%

Program-volume orders land below Western-distributor pricing, without giving up the spec discipline that keeps the gear consistent.

Case Studies FAQ

Questions about
how these cases are built.

If your question isn't here, our RFQ desk responds within 24 hours — no sales pitch, just specs.

They are built from programs we actually ran — a brief, a sealed pre-production sample, a purchase order, and shipped cartons. The specification figures in each case (colour tolerance, size grading, wash standard) come off the production line and the QC bench. We do not fabricate a result to make a page read better; where we do not have a verified number, the copy stays qualitative rather than inventing one.

Almost certainly. The six cases are the patterns we run most, not the limit of what the floor does — we produce across workwear, hospitality, medical, corporate, security, education, and private-label programs. Send your roles, standards, and quantities and a named engineer tells you which pattern fits, or that none does.

From enquiry to delivery is 14–21 days end to end, plus 18–30 days in freight once the factory ships. Sampling is 5 business days and bulk production runs 15–20 days from final sample approval. Reorders ship in 10–14 days once your spec is on file.

Yes. Every program ships filed by PO — fabric mill certs, per-batch lab reports, and AQL inspection records. Ask for the file that matches the program closest to yours, and the RFQ desk will walk you through it. Our factory and office share one site and the floor is open to client audits.
