Our heavy-duty construction shirts are built from heavyweight cotton canvas (12oz+) or poly-cotton twill with Cordura® reinforcement panels at the elbows and shoulders — the first places to blow out on a standard work shirt. Three things: fabric weight, reinforcement, and construction. We start with heavier fabric (12oz+ canvas vs. 6–8oz standard twill). We add Cordura® overlays to the elbows and shoulders — the first places a standard work shirt blows out. Then we build with triple-needle seams using heavy-duty polyester thread and bartack every stress point. The result is a shirt that lasts 3–4× longer in demolition or structural steel work than a standard uniform shirt.

Yes — multi-hazard construction is a core capability. We can combine the heavy-duty construction (reinforced panels, triple stitching) with FR aramid fabric for welding or hot-work environments, or with ANSI Class 2/3 hi-vis fluorescent fabric for road and bridge crews. These multi-hazard shirts are more expensive but eliminate the need for separate protective garments.

Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per SKU. We recommend ordering pre-production samples so your crew leads can test the fit and reinforcement placement before full production.

We follow your design spec. Standard placement covers the elbow area (from mid-bicep to mid-forearm) and the shoulder yoke. We can extend coverage based on your trade's specific wear patterns — for example, concrete workers often need additional forearm reinforcement from form-work contact. Our production engineer reviews your wear data and proposes panel configurations before sampling.
